Cade is dedicated to helping others reach higher heights and achieve their goals. He helps me to overcome injuries, train for races, provides moral support, and he prepares me for the mental battle that comes with running a marathon. Cade didn’t give up on me when I felt like I couldn’t keep going and he continues to help me progress in my running journey. He crafted a personalized training program to keep me on track. As I progressed through my training he modified the schedule to match where I was at both physically and mentally. I would recommend working with Cade because of the time he’s dedicated to studying various aspects of training and he has personally put the techniques to use in his own training.
