I started dragon endurance to share my passion for running and endurance sports with others looking to improve. Runners come in all shapes, sizes, ages, and ability levels. Regardless of how fast you are or how many miles you have ran there is always room for improvement.   

About Coach Cade

My name is Cade Baldwin and I strive to live my life following the philosophy of Kaizen - which means continuous improvement. I try to get a little better every day and continue to push my limits and what I thought was possible. 

Whether it is getting out there myself or helping others improve, I have an immense passion for running and endurance sports. The physical and mental benefits it brings are invaluable to me and I love to share that with others. 

My grandfather introduced me to running when I was 3 yrs old and I have been going ever since. I love to push my limits and see just how far I can go. This has taken me from 5ks all the way to marathons and even a full Ironman Triathlon. 

Dealing with injuries, illness, setbacks and defeats are challenges we all deal with as runners and athletes. Conquering these obstacles can be tough but only make your stronger. 

I have experienced all of them over the last 30 years and know what it takes to get through them and find success on the other side. The rewarding feeling you get when you accomplish a new goal is exhilarating and I want to help you feel that.
